Dragonfly Designs aims to provide a fast and easy home delivery service, means that we aim to dispatch your order within 48 hours taking the time and effort out of shopping! We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however this may take up to 48 hours during peak times. We use Royal Mail Second Class Or EVRi. Die Cut Shapes are cut to order and will take longer.
Postage and packing charges are calculated based on the value of the order.
Please note that all goods are subject to availability.
In the highly unlikely event we are unable to supply your goods we will advise you as soon as possible. and refund you via the same method in which you paid.
Customers please email your requirements to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then get an estimate for the Shipping. Please be aware that you will be liable for any additional Taxes Levied.

In the event of any goods delivered not as per your order, we must be notified within 14 days of receipt. In the unlikely event that your product is faulty please contact us within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or replacement. Individual products may also be protected with additional warranties which will be stated on their packaging. Should you wish to return an item, please contact us initially, repackage and return to us at our address. Please also include a covering note and order number.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company’s appointed carrier.
