- As you will have seen, all our Die Cuts are individually cut which takes some time to do, our aim is to despatch our orders within 7 working days. For all other products 3 working days providing the items you have purchased are all in stock. However, this cannot be guaranteed during busy periods.
- All postage is by Royal mail post or parcel service. Whilst we try to ensure that all the packaging we use protects your items and they are dispatched in pristine condition, we cannot accept liability for items lost or damaged in transit. If your order arrives damaged contact Royal Mail directly. It would be useful to take photographic evidence of the package before opening as this may help with your claim.
- If any items are not currently in stock you will be notified by email as soon as possible. A refund will be given to you by the same means as you paid for the goods.
Returns – Refunds – Cancellations.
- Should any of your order be unsuitable we will happily exchange or refund within 7 days of receipt. We will not be responsible for the cost of the return postage unless the item was sent in error or faulty. All returns must be unopened and in the original packaging. Once we have received notification from you that you wish to return an item, we will issue with a refund or replacement with in 14 days of receipt of returned item(s). Die-cuts are made to order products and cannot be returned. When returning items please obtain proof of posting, as we will not accept responsibility for goods lost in transit back to us. This does not affect your statutory rights.
If you wish to return an item please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the following information. · Order number · full name and address · Item(s) you wish to return · Reason for return i.e. faulty, not as described · Confirm whether you would like a replacement or refund.
