You will need:

• A6 card and envelope
• map paper
• beetle (DDA0352)
• Brads
• Large circle punch
• Adhesive
• Congratulations greeting
• Learner plate confetti

1. Punch a circle from map paper.  If you do not have map paper, use an old road atlas. Stick this centrally on to the card.
2. Take two cars,  Leave one completely intact and with the other one, cut off the wheels.  These are marked with perforation lines.  Stick these black wheels on the car giving them extra security by placing a brad through the centre of each wheel.
3. Stick car on to card in the centre of the map circle.
4. Using the learner plate confetti, cut them almost in half with decorative scissors and stick around the card.
5. Finally add the congratulations greeting.
